We enjoy new challenges and new projects. Our work is varied and we relish the opportunities to extend our staffs’ knowledge and skill base and build on our varied work portfolio.
The Supermac Group has gone from strength to strength, one successful build or client to another. This is something that we wish to maintain and build on. The company’s success is a reflection of our team success.
The Supermac group started over 40 years ago with two brothers – Bro & Rex doing some contracting work. When a client asked who did the job he said ‘Supermac did it’ and so Supermac was born.
This small family business started as contractors with Supermac Insulation then graduated to Supermac Holdings where they took on their own projects and more recently to complete design and build contracts. To complete the bigger contracts that they were winning, Supermac Holdings Ltd. not only needed more staff, they needed access equipment and thus Accessmac was born. Accesmac started out with equipment only for internal use but such was demand, it wasn’t long before it became an access hire business. Modcom was added to the company’s portfolio at a staff’s suggestion for company growth. Modcom has grown in its 20 years of operation to be a market leader in the portable building market and has an extensive hire fleet and impressive sales history.
The wealth of knowledge within the Supermac Group staff is fundamental to the running of our business. We have low staff attrition rates within key personnel and within the 10 longest serving staff members there is at least 200 years’ experience in insulated panel construction.
